Avoid the Weight Loss Scams and Hype the Truth You need to Hear that working out is a Must.

I'm mad and you should be too! The average pound per person limit was lifted today over 20 pounds in a 10 year period going from 165 avg to 185 avg.  What i found curious in all of this is that while at the same time we have seen so many more diets and weight loss products on the market. More people are buying and trying the latest weight loss fads with limited results.  Many of these programs say all you have to do is take a pill and eat our diet plan.  What many of these programs leave out is the dedication one must make to exercising.



I guarantee you what ever diet pill you are taking you will get more results from working out daily than trying any product if you are trying a diet product do yourself a favor and put some time into working out daily.  The 60 minute campaign that the NBA is promoting for kids is a great amount of time to work out.  The reality is many people don't have the time or the will to work out for a full 60 minutes a day. So if you are in this group what do you do then?

If you are looking to work out in the least amount of time possible to get the most results i recommend getting a trampoline. You can get the same workout in 30 minutes on a trampoline compared to 60 minutes of other workouts. Start off slow when you start with small bounces. Then you can work your way up with higher bounces and moving from side to side to get your belly moving.  Move your arms from side to side you can even move like a boxer for a higher workout.  You can even practice dancing using a trampoline.

I encourage you that whatever workout routine you decide to do that you pump up the music. It is a fact that music increases workouts and motivates you to go longer periods without quitting.  Also the music makes the time go quicker and will likely help you push yourself to increase the intensity of your workout.   Every extra minute that you can do is a bonus on your quest to weight loss.

I believe some pills and diets work great when combined with a daily workout routine. Though i cringe when these programs make exaggerated claims of weight-loss without working out and changing eating habits it is not genuine and feeds into the laziness of i don't have to do anything to lose weight.  I'm tired of people
being lied to and taken for their hard earned money and to feel like they have been taken yet again by the hype and not seeing the results they seek.

Weight gain is a serious matter and can affect a persons self confidence and most importantly affect the health of the person from diabetes to heart failure and cancer. It is a serious matter that more than half of the United States people are dealing with you are not alone if you find yourself in this category a matter of fact you are now in the majority. The good news is the anyone can lose weight and you can get started today. All you have to do is turn up the music and move!

After the 1st day you may feel sore and tired hopefully you didn't over do it! As too much exercise in the very beginning can put shock on the body.  I think you want to push yourself harder each and every day that you want to build up in small increments and going all out the 1st day may do more harm than good though it is normal to be sore if you haven't worked out in a long time.

You can also feel really good after working out as muscles you haven't felt are now being filled with blood and have more feeling in them and you are more aware of more parts of your body that means more oxygen has been moving from your body and this has a cleansing effect and you will be feeling better.  Also if you happen to eat a food on the no no list you wont feel so bad as you can get away with eating more foods with a daily exercise routine.
